im sick of not having service, in annandale, VA I call the AT&T every day, the dont care about it this is very bad service I can not get any calls even 3g not working, now why I pay 120 monht to att? any idea witch servies is good in Annandale, AV, I switch from AT&T to new service soon my contract End in jan

Cingular works perfectly in my house. It always has five bars. Have no problems in other areas of Annandale, and works great in DC To be honest, all cell phones work great in the area. Also have a T-Mobile which works great. For Annandale HS, Cingular and Verizon work best, and T-Mobile has no service inside the school. Can't go wrong with any carrier in the DC area as all cell phone carriers try their best to have excellent service in this vital market

I get no reception inside our house. I have called Cingular and found a general lack of interest. I can sometimes get weak reception in the front yard, but my usual approach is to get in my car and drive two miles to Twinbrook Shopping Center.

very good reception compared to my tmobile, working in elevator and hallways too. Even works in my office in downtown DC near white house.

I have between 1 and 3 bars and most all calls are dropped at some point. My phone often does not ring at all - I just get voicemail that someone called me. After several conversations with Cingular they admit that this part of Annandale is between two towers. I was on the phone with customer service trying to disconnect my service when my call was dropped. SHEESH. I can't even get rid of them! I'm wondering if Verizon would be any better here? Any word on that???

I got 2 bars outside and only 1 bar inside. very disappointed with the service. recently moved from Florida and both these phones were giving excellent reception everywhere. Thinking about changing the service or maybe if any other phone set which gives better reception in this area.

Always get drop call in this area when I go down the hill, in the same place it happens with Sprint and Nextel too
