Bars and 3G cut in and out. Usually 1 bar, sometimes none, often without 3G or 1X. Thus, limited voice and no data at all - for a whopping $145 per month! Had AT&T prepaid without data plan and never had a problem with reception. We bought four days ago, but are probably going to drop the data plan and go back to voice only prepaid at about $25 per month. What is the point of data plan when none of it works, or even worse, cuts out in the middle of a phone call or email.

Signal comes in and out. Usually 1 bar if it's a good day. A few blocks closer to the metro, Fairfax Dr., the signal is very good.

Frequently dropped calls and limited reception inside, poor reception outside. Complained to Verizon about the poor reception and they sent a team to investigate and determined that this is a marginally covered area. Customer rep offered to sell a network extender to me for $49 to extend the service in attempt to resolve the issue. I mean, how does extending poor signals from from outside help with the limited reception i'm getting inside?

AT&T in South Fairlington is pathetically terrible. Roomates have great reception with Sprint and Verizon.

cell phone coverage spotty to say the least. Drops calls, will not send texts, and will not allow me to call out. have Fios, and it works well. Have taken the phone in to be checked, and it is fine. Verizon states that there are no problems in my area, but it is consistently an issue, especially during the day. I live on the National Airport side of my bldg.

4th floor apt, 1 bar if I go near a window in my apartment. 0 anywhere else. I'm wondering if this is a Verizon issue or a building issue.

I have experienced dropped calls for every singe conversation. I have even trouble with a girl I am dating. She is mad at me. She is convinced that have hung up the phone on her more than twice while talking to me. Some friends stop calling me as well because of this dropped calls nightmare with Sprint. As I am writing this comment, The Sprint Network is unavailable. It's been more than 30 minutes since I am not able to make a phone call and worst, I don't have a land line. I have switched two weeks ago from Verizon to Sprint due to cheaper plan. I will cancel my service with Sprint tomorrow morning and reactivate my service with Verizon. The plan I have with Sprint is $ 99.99. The same plan costs 139.99 with Verizon. But I agree to pay this S40.00 extra with Verizon for peace of mind. I have never experienced dropped calls with Verizon in my appartment which is very open. Sprint just sucks in the area where I live.

Verizon even admits they have terrible coverage in North Arlington. They can't get approval from the county to install anymore towers in this whole area. So 6 miles form the White House and no cell phone.
