Verizon 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG Envy Touch	I had better reception with Alltel before it was taken over by Verizon. There has to be a better way to improve reception. My calls are dropped less than 5 minutes into a call or I can hear and the other person can't hear me or vice versa. It is very frustrating. My phone gets hot because of the effort to maintain a signal which makes the call drop also. All the phones I've had have gotten hot when using. I get good reception on main roads for the most part but not at home.
