Everytime I am on 95 north or south at Ashcake road and any side roads in the area you will not be able to make or receive calls. When you contact customer service they will blame it on your phone yet not one of my families phones or other people in the neighborhood can make a call.

Carrier is Cingular Wireless, I travel to this area and reception is very poor! Signal is dropped and if you have bars showing on the phone and someone calls you, it might ring or it might not ring. This has been a big problem for a couple of years and I can't wait to switch to another carrier very soon.
