With the new tower at the top of the resort Sprint is now working well. We made a call from Sprint Cell to a Cingular Cell with no problems. Seems the new tower has opened up Bryce to at least Cingular and Sprint.

Cingular is working great in the resort. I drove all over the resort and was able to complete both voice AND DATA connections. Very few providers service this remote area well. I was able to use it both in my home and in the vehicle. Ranged between 1 and 5 bars with 3 being the norm.

Sprint PCS affiliate Shentel is the only carrier that provides excellent coverage in Bayse, VA. Covering the Bryce Resort area all the way to Mt. Jackson, VA. There is a new tower near the intersection of Orkney Grade rd. and Rt. 42.
