Never had a problem. In the 5 years I have had Verizon I have dropped a grand total of 4 calls and it may not be my end that dropped. I frequently go to Culpeper (deep woods Culpeper) and never have a problem. Coverage from NC all the way to NY, and even at the bottom of the Grand Canyon! I want to switch to T-Mobile for the lower price, but cant justify the potential for dropped calls etc. I see most reviews here are two and three years old... just a FYI.

It drops calls on the way to Culpeper and sometimes Warrenton. No reception in the back of any stores.
