No deadzones with Verizon. I had U S Cellular before and I always got switched to Verizon towers and roamed. Much better service in general with Verizon than U. S. Cellular throughout the state of VA and in NC.

At home, no reception. On the road, some. On 460, perfect. One hill makes all the difference.
