AT&T 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola V400	Cingular's signal is quite spotty in Fairlake / Centreville area. In the Fairlake shopping area (outdoor) signal is only 2 to 3 bars even though the shopping center is less than 1/4 mile from I-66 !! In the in-door enviroment the signal is near non-existent. I had the Cingular TDMA before and switched to the Cingular GSM network and the signal quality improved only a little bit.
