I like the phone (still works well after almost 2 yrs!), reception is very good almost always (even in the tunnels); DO NOT LIKE customer "service" causr all they ever want you to do is get another phone!! I don't need another phone when the one I have is 2 months old, jerk! The only way we ever get anything accomplished is to call the call center at 8pm and keep trying to get an American (sometimes we get one on the 1st try, like Bobby last time we called in). Otherwise we have to threaten to cancel our contract (which is up in June after 12yrs). Im tired of high prices and NO Customer Service; really thinking of leaving. Wake up Verizon and stop being greedy.

Reception is very poor in this area. Funny how Alltel was great until Verizon bought them.

Best coverage out of all carriers. Heard many complaints from friends with AT&T or sprint. I have never had a problem with dropped calls from Verizon. I have always been connected through tunnels, my house, my office, the mall, wherever.

I have been with Verizon for nearly 3 years. Had many dropped calls on my last cell phone (Kyocera) but, having much better reception with my Motorola. I do have trouble with reception when there are thunderstorms coming in. I have noticed that if I keep up with my monthly updates by dialing in *228, my service is at it's best. I have used my cell in many northern states with pretty decent results. All in all, I'm satisfied with my service.
