Signed a 2 yr. contract in July, then in August the Motorola started dropping calls. After numerous calls,(used the land line) to complain, they replaced with another W766 and then an LG. Trouble tickets were started with the promise of informing me of the results of the investigation. Nobody would return my calls, until November. Was told that we lived on the edge of the of the "reception line". We've lived in the same location for over 10 years with no problems before this. We now have 3 phones that get very limited service. To top it all off, the rep. tried to sell me a computer usb modem!.

Nextel seems to work better in the area between Columbia and Hadensville than Verizon. Walkie-talkie feature works well.

No reception at all in most locations on property between Columbia and Hadensville, Virginia. Spotty reception toward Hadensville; less toward Columbia.
