	I have had Sun Com and switched to Verizon a few years ago. There is no cell service in Southwest VA once you leave Gate City. I own a business in Gate City and if I try to get my voice mail on my day off I have to drive to Gate City to try to get a signal. I have emailed the Better Business Bureau and they say they can't do anything unless they get more complaints! If your are sruck in a contract with no service contact the BBB! I have also contacted the FCC and not heard back yet. I think if we are going to have cell service in SWVA we need to contact our congressman or file a class action law suit. Verizon locks you into a contract and then drops the lease on the towers near you. The should have to pay you!

	Cell phone service through Verizon here is great so far have had no dropped calls.

	This tower used to be owned by Alltel.Verizon Wireless purchased Alltel in 2009.The reception is great if you keep your PRL (Preffered Roaming List) Updated by dialing *228 SEND Option 2.
