Verizon 0 Out of 5	I have had Sun Com and switched to Verizon a few years ago. There is no cell service in Southwest VA once you leave Gate City. I own a business in Gate City and if I try to get my voice mail on my day off I have to drive to Gate City to try to get a signal. I have emailed the Better Business Bureau and they say they can't do anything unless they get more complaints! If your are sruck in a contract with no service contact the BBB! I have also contacted the FCC and not heard back yet. I think if we are going to have cell service in SWVA we need to contact our congressman or file a class action law suit. Verizon locks you into a contract and then drops the lease on the towers near you. The should have to pay you!
