Never have reception in my house at all. Always get the dial tone or dropped call tone inside my house. Have to walk all the way outside to my mailbox to get even decent service.

We get absolutely no reception at home. Had I'd known about this I would have never gone with Sprint.

I cannot believe that Sprint doesn't have total coverage inside the beltway. They don't even have full coverage of DC! There are several spots throughout the area that have poor or no signal. And I happen to live on the border of one of those areas, so I get reception outside, but not inside my house. Its awful. I miss calls and texts constantly, and all Sprint could do for me was waive my termination fee if I wanted to leave. They didn't offer me the Airave which boosts cell signal inside a home, which is exactly what I need. Overall, I've been very satisfied with the phones and options I have, but extremely dissatisfied with their coverage.

Very bad reception. Occassionally get reception for a second or two and then calls get dropped. Even voicemail can take hours for voicemail notification so I don't even know I missed calls.

Trying out Sprint due to employee discounts and 7pm anytime minutes. Verizon which I'm satisfied with won't give me discounts similar to Sprint. I have yet to contact VZW's cancellation dept. to negotiate discounts although the stonewalled me back a year ago (2005) when I said I was leaving and offered me nothing. VZW knows they have the market share in the DC Metro area. :( I've had Sprint since 11 / 9 / 06 and am debating whether to continue using Verizon. Sprint does not work well in buildings as other posters have said. I dropped calls constantly while walking in the Ballston Mall. Ironically, my phone had no service while I was outside the Sprint company store! Drops calls have occurred while driving through neighborhoods between major access roads despite showing 5 bars in Arlington 22201 zip. Problem may be LG phone although I doubt it. Reception in my all brick townhouse is ok, but callers complain of static on my end. Reception is strongest on side facing north - probably where the tower is located in the Seven Corners intersection area. So if the people I'm talking to can bear with the dropped calls and static, I may stick with Sprint since it saves me money. I am single and don't have a wife to report to. If that were the case, I would definitely stick with Verizon. Of course, if I moved, then I would reconsider whether Sprint would be my carrier. Bottomline: the jury is still out

It's just about impossible to make a call from inside a building. I always seem to have 4 bars displayed only to loss the call 30 seconds into the conversation. I'm currently trying to find a way out of my contract because I'm getting a little tired of standing outside to make a phone call.

One of the worst experiences I have had with any company in any field. Terrible signal, customer service and service plans. Terrible.
