Cingular rarely has any reception out here at all. It sucks! I can't wait to switch when this contract is up.

Been with AT&T for a couple years and never had problems anywhere in Fredericksburg until I moved to the Ferry Farm region. One or two bars at best in or out of my home. Seems to drop off quickly as you approach the Ferry Farm area (corner of Ferry Rd.and Business Rte 3) and only gets worse heading northeast on Ferry Road. Same experience on our other cell phone -- Nokia 6360 on Suncom TDMA (former AT&T partner and uses same network).

Very few dropped calls. There are only one or two "bad spots". Good coverage throughout Route 3 to Orange and all the way down into Partlow and Lake Anna areas. Entire City of Fredericksburg is covered. Only provider I am aware of in the area with true wide-area coverage. Been a customer for almost 10 years, tried others (friends, work, etc... ) and never switched.

the only good reception I get is in my school, and how often will I call people in school? I always have only 1 or 2 bars, maybe 3 if I'm lucky.

I am completely PO'd with Sprint's reception. I can't use my phone at my house without moving from room to room in search of a clear signal, which is a very weak one at that. Submitted numerous trouble tickets with no help from Sprint Tech support either. I drop a LOT of calls. I don't even think about making a call inside a shopping mall.

Have to step outside of my house to make a call, and that usually only bumps me up to two bars. Previously used a Virgin Mobile Audiovox 8500 (which uses the Sprint network, I believe), and was able to get up to four bars from inside my home.

5 years ago Verizon was not that bad. But they must be working hard because Verizon now sucks. Dropped calls nearly every call. 3 different phones. All drop calls. Did I say Verizon sucks? Every call.

Very reliable reception, NEVER a get any dropped calls, throughout the Spotsylvania Orange area. Only problem with service happens when I'm in a big building and that's a rarity.
