Most of the time, I have grey bars meaning, you can only call 911. I have more grey bars than I have ever had black bars. Even if the phone is at 5 black bars, the reception is horrible. Drops your calls all the time and that is if you even get the calls, and it notifies me days later of a voicemail and doesn't tell me of a missed call nor lists the number. The reception is horrible, everywhere is a dead spot. Anything is better than this reception because it's non-existent even at my workplace which is right next to the powerlines for the phone.
I have both Sprint and Nextel phones and although at times the signal inside can be a little weak in spots inside the home, i've had a great experience with both services. I get signal outside and in places where I walk by and other people complain they don't have service, I do. I think sprint / nextel has great deals on service plans and I plan on being a customer for many more years!
I get very poor reception in my house. One minute I have 3 or 4 bars and then either I lose a call completely or the bars shift down to 1. I am shopping for a new cell phone carrier.
Almost impossible to make a call from inside the house. Driving down Linton Hall from 29 to 28 you will hit dead spots in front of Breamar and on the hill driving down to the 28 intersection. Spotty at best reception other places around Prince William County. I've found I only get excellent signal when on I-95 driving to school and once at school signal dies again. Currently looking for a new service provider.
