Countinously dropping calls. Inside my home reception is one bar and calls WILL drop everytime. Outside reception is 2 bars and sometimes 3 bars, still the calls are very likely to drop. Driving on I-81 between Meadowview and Emory calls will drop regularly.

Current reception for all cell phones and broadband are very poor and quite unstable. Prior to August 7,2009 for the previous 3-4 yrs the service reception was at 4 to 5 bars - excellent reception. On August 7 the reception dramatically changed and has not been improved since. I have been in contact with Verizon Tech Support almost contiually and as of today 10-13-09 their final answer is that they can not help the current reception. My family and friends who have Alltel phones works great now since August 7 - something obviously changed on that date to enhance Alltel customer service at the expense of currrent Verizon customer for our location - Me. I guess I am the only Verizon Customer - was the only Verizon Customer at our location.

Verizon coverage sucks in this are. I will have full service and STILL cant call or text half the time. I dont understand how you can have 4 bars and still have no service?? My girlfriend has the same phone and the same problems. If you do happen to make a call or receive one it WILL be lost, inside the house or not.
