fluctuates from zero to two bars. many dropped calls. often what sounds like static. sometimes when I call, I just hear my own voice echoing on the other end. happens for long time with different phones and same carrier.
Within the Richmond metropolitan area I have not had any reception problems. Reception at my home used to be 2 to 3 bars but never dropped a call. With new phone (PM325) I have 5 bars. As with any service when travelling there are areas that the signal is weak or non-existent but when sticking to interstate travel those areas have been few and far between. When I first started with Sprint years ago their customer service was very good. But in recent years the wait times to get help has gone up.
