	Used to have 5 bars and terrific data service (EV). Has degraded over the past year '10 - '11. Now I drop calls frequently, signal fades in and out continuously. Data icon goes from 1x to EV, back to ev, down to 1x again. Battery is use has grown due to all the signal searching.

Verizon 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Thunderbolt	03 / 23 / 2011 No internet connection via Verizon cell tower via the new 4G Thunderbolt cell phone. Voice communication strength is always 1 to 2 bars at best, where as past reception was always excellent. Called Verizon today and they are looking into it. Will update this blog ASAP.

US Cellular 4 Out of 5	Switched from Verizon in 2008... .to US Cellular. Great reception around SML Lake and around Lynchburg. Have reception on 99.5% of travel to / from Lynchburg via Rt. 626 / Rt 24 / Rt 43 and New London Road. (Lost signal in at least 3 places on that route with Verizon / Altell) US Cellular often has signal locally when my friends with ATT and Verizon have no reception. Great local coverage in foothills and around mountains.

Sprint 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: HTC Hero	I used to have 5 bar Ev signal and would loose reception during thunderstorms. Now I barely have 1 bar reception and drop calls frequently. What has happened to Sprint signal strength.
