	AT&T has limited cel coverage of Lancaster County, with many dead areas. They have 2 cel sites in the county. The old site is on the NW side of Kilmarnock. A new one is behind Lancaster Courthouse inland along Rt 3. They announced intent to share the Verizon site NNE of the center of White Stone 22578, but never built that one. The GSM (2G mode) voice signal from the 22482 site has never been configured to work without garble, echo, and distortion, apparently a connectivity issue to the last in the series site. 3G data was added May 2010 and voice works properly when using that signal, but calls revert to GSM and become poor quality to unusable. AT&T deserves a criminal fraud prosecution and another class action suit for failing to fix that many times reported issue in 3 years.
