Signal at the house is poor. Map indicates 4G Extended LTE; however, we have less than a bar of 3G -115dB. There is a cellular tower on Poindexter Rd near Byrd Mill. Verizon, PLEASE activate 4G equipment at that tower.Was this review helpful to you?

When your lucky enough to get service it is roaming. Spring says unlimited data, however it is not. They will drop you for consistant roaming charges. Mis advertisement. Bad customer service. Service in area is bad.Was this review helpful to you?

Verizon for years has been promising to upgrade service. Broadband cards will work for a week following a trouble ticket and go right back to 0DBM or no service. 3G is now down to 1X and getting worse. When we first got the phones and the aircard things werent so bad, but since the merger everything is considerably worse and now with Tim's II directly in the way of the only tower, there is no reception at all. Verizon wireless map shows total coverage, if you call and go to the store they tell you great coverage until you sign up for a plan and actually try and use it. Then they admit its a known trouble area with marginal coverage.Was this review helpful to you?

Just moved to Blue Ridge Shores and service is awful! When I first went to look at the house and decided to buy, I actually looked at my phone and it had four bars. Now that I have moved in, the service jumps from 0 to 4 bars every second! Now have to get ripped off and order a landline. Verizon wireless can't help at all!Was this review helpful to you?

Ever since the merger of Alltel and Verizon my reception has gone from great to almost nothing. Since December of 2009, Ive gone from 4 bars on my phone to fighting for one bar. Tons of dropped, missed and send failed errors. Wireless Broadband card even worse, Verizon informed me that this is now a known Trouble Area, and have no plans to improve, they have stated anyone under contract is now permitted to change carriers with no early termination fee.Was this review helpful to you?
