Almost never works. Have had Nextel / Sprint and both stink. This is my work phone and it is very bad. Have Verizon also and no probs with that. Terrible customer serice too.

Either the Samsung SCH3500 or Sprint or both provide no viable reception in most of eastern Hanover.
