have had the best reception for several years. but for the last year reception has been horrible, have more dropped calls than I can count. customer service said my phone was bad but three phones later I know one of the new phones I bought had to be good. one of the best cell companies to probably the worse.

While my wife has Verizon which has no service in our house, I have AT&T which has 4 bars without a problem. I've had service with them since they were Suncom which I have to say wasnt so hot. But now it seems reception is a lot better.
