Get no reception to poor most all the time. Cannot depend on my cell phone or internet use. Ditto what other commenter said from New Point Campground address or anywhere in immediate area. We live in NC and have all Verizon service and find this totally unacceptable. Understood new tower going up on Beulah Rd.?? but of course also heard experiencing physical installation issues with area chosen. Delay, delay, delay!

Verizon phone service is good but data connection is weak and undependable at best. Location is at New Point Campground in New Point, VA 23125. This campground contains mostly permanent, seasonal campers, many who are Verizon customers. Reports have been made and they promise to check it out, but nothing has been done.
