Worst in the area. Dropped calls, no connectivity to delayed voice mail. I can't wait till contract is up!

works ok if your outside. Once you enter a building or go inside your house or work, I get dropped calls and lots of "hello, r u there?" When your outside though, Cingular is good...

Zero reception inside the house, it is pretty bad. If I go outside to the yard I may get some, but even if I am lucky to get a call out it takes a minute and the call drops. My friends have Alltel / Verizon and don't have the same problem.

I've had T-Mobile and Sprint, neither one has worked great in this area. All my friends who have Verizon get great reception here. I don't have Verizon because they wanted a $1000 depositfrom me! Rediculous!

Travel all over with my job, only real complant with Sprint is a lack of decent phones. Been in Texas and got 3 - 4 bars in a car with a person on Verizon with no signal. Noticed most Sprint complaints are on Samsung phones, mgiht be the older phones or you may need to swtich to newer phones.

I don't know if it's because my phone is so old, or the service just isn't very good in the area... Outside it usually works decent, drop calls occasionally, inside my appartment it's terrible. In a two floor townhouse on the top floor (no special sheilding or anything) I get dropped calls all the time, downstairs, i'm lucky if I have signal. If I am on the phone downstairs it's usually: "hello? can you hear me?" downstairs Alltel and Verizon have some problems usually too though.

Terrible! If you are lucky enough to get a call through at all, it will drop at least half the time.

The phone constantly drops calls. I am lucky to ever see three bars and when I do, they don't last. I have been a long time customer, living elsewhere, but here I am just waiting for my contract to expire.

Rarely get bars in the house. They come and go. Going out to the street sometimes works. It's not just T-Mobile, neighbors with other carriers have the same problem - it's the location near the James River.
