Reedville, VA - Cell Phone Coverage

I can receive a 2 bar signal from my upstairs bathroom.

I need to drive to Locksley Hall Rd.to pick up any signal.

Have to go out on the dock to make a call. No service in the house.

Occasionally 1 or 2 bars - a new tower was supposed to have gone on line at Burgess, VA 9 / 05 but Verizon CS now shows no scheduled installations. Is there any place I can get new tower schedule plans?
