Never had any problems in the area. I even get service in the metro most of the time.

Coverage is pretty good throughout NOVA / Wash DC. Alexandria is OK. Fluctuates between No reception and Average near 7100 / Rolling Rd where a majority of my calling is at. Pretty frustrating. The issue is exacerbated by a horrible phone, that needs to be replaced. Partly my fault because I refuse to go through the arduous / bureaucratic process they have, and it's just easier to pay the ETF and port my phone number within 24 hours to another carrier.

No reception when indoors. Constant roaming eats battery life and phone locks up or reboots regularly.

Poor signal strength. Normally one, or no bars. Signal "fades" frequently, and calls are dropped. If you have to make an important phone call in this area, use a lind line if available. I would hate to think that someone may not be able to get emergency assistance due to poor signal strength from a mobil phone. Why can't the service providers fix the Springfield service area issue? It's been shoddy long enough!

This entire area is a deadzone. When at home, my phone usually stays on top of a speaker right next to the glass sliding door that leads to our backyard. I'll get one or two bars at the most. I need to stay there or else calls will get dropped. To get decent signal, you need to drive up the parkway a bit.. away from all the soundwalls.
