I have full bars on my phone,even when iI am in my walk-out basement.No Problem at all Love LG and ATT

I've lived here for about 9 months and hadn't had a problem with coverage in this area yet. I consistently have full 3G coverage. Coverage all through Northern VA seems pretty good. Very few times do I not have 3G coverage, and in those cases I generally have pretty good EDGE coverage.

Potomac Garden Apartments, Sugarland. 2 bars at best, indoors and outdoors, and generally lousy service indoors. Ironically, Cingular's coverage map says this is a "Best" reception area. Must drive well south and west to get decent reception, so I generally leave the phone off at home.

Cingular Store (irony, thy name is Cingular) in Cascades Marketplace and Starbucks across the street - 1-2 bars. Cingular coverage map claims "Best" reception in this area, but only a small percentage of open areas actually deliver 3 or more bars.

Varies from 0 to 2 bars. Nearly impossible to use in the house. Very poor service all around the Lowes Island area and most of Algonkian Pkwy.

Even though you have reception, call quality is 0. Conversation is based on merely guessing what the other party may be saying..Regret switching..

Very bad reception and dropped calls on GSM quad band phone.

Calls deteriorate as you head north on Seneca Rd. toward the Potomac, and always drop at some point - usually back back toward Beach Mill. I live at the north end of Seneca, and either have to end my calls before getting on Seneca (on my way home), or wait until I'm off (if I'm on my way out).

Generally get either 1 bar or no service in the Sugarland Run neighborhood. Service on surrouding Rt7 and on Algonkian is ok, but not great. Seems to be a similar problem for my friend's Verizon phone.

Literal "dead spots" all over the place. Very poor reception! We need cell phone "boosters" here!

Good reception even in any spot inside my house. Also very good reception all the way back into Algonkian Park.
