sprints service has dropped off. When I first got my phone in Feb. of 2011 I had good reception in my house now even when I walk out side I am lucky to get 1 bar and calls are constantly breaking up and dropping. I didnt have any problems until after the 30 day trial was over now I am locked in to a 2 year contract with very poor reception. Sprint has admitted that they are haveing problems with a tower in my area but 5 months later my reception still stinks and the 3g may as well not even be on my phone because at home where I would use it the most it does not work. Sprint for troutville stinks. My husband also has the EVO and his works no better than mine and has no 3g at home either, his also worked very well when first purchased and now a $790.00 phone is useless at home.

At home, I can receive txt msg and email when it connect long enough, but I cannot chat on instant messenger or even send txt msg. I get average connection on Roanoke Rd, and anywhere close to highway or in the Roanoke town. But at home, it is useless. Had to rely on my laptop.
