TMobile has been pretty good-I don't do much with the phone and the bill for 2 of us is very low around 92.00 per month. That is very important to me. I had Verizon for years and they just kill their customers on the bills. Was this review helpful to you?
I do not have high speed data and I am still able to use the hotspot on my phone to stream movies! That's incredible! I however don't understand why I have ZERO service on base. Was this review helpful to you?
Service very poor. Sprint installed an Air Rave in my home. Still poor service. Time to changeWas this review helpful to you?
I've had both T-MOBILE and Sprint..before I finally bit the bullet and changed over to Verizon. Yes the best cell reception in my area and around hampton roads. I came in on a good deal..one phone,10 gigs for $100 ( with taxes and insurance it runs me about $120 a month This was a short term offer which I got in on and Ive been told I got in on a great deal. One problem where I live I dont have access to decent wifi..as I live in a campground and the wifi is really spotty. Most of the time I barely go over 6 gigs.I don't play games or watch movies but I use the phone for both my work and personal and so Im on the phone a lot mainly using the Internet and Facebook..however a couple months my data useage ran wild and has hit 10gigs..but I'm not doing anything any different so I don't know why..one time I had a runaway app which ate of gigs and it took me 3 trips to the V store to find someone who can figure it out.I kept telling them I wasn't doing anything different..and all they offered me is extra gigs, that is, until I found a person at the store that really knew what she was doing..she cured it inmediately. I feel that the companies can pad the usage and youre not the wiser. I'd like to cut my cost but it looks like less price equals much poorer service..Was this review helpful to you?
Been with Sprint for about 5 yrs now, and the last yr has been HORRIBLE. I am shopping around now trying to switch carriers. I don't receive phone calls at all. People will call me asking why I haven't called them and I have no notifications that anyone called. This has been an ongoing issue now for months. Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon is blaming mandatory updates, for the issuesWas this review helpful to you?
I constantly have dropped calls. I have to walk around my house or even outside to complete a call. I have been with Sprint for 12 years now... I think it is time to switch to a new carrier! Was this review helpful to you?
Between Poor and Below Average. I get 1 bar within my home of 4GLTE but if I step outside I will get 3 to 4 bars of 4GLTE. Have to use WIFI while in my home. If I step into any store 10 to 20 feet I lose coverage all together. Signal strength falls severely while within ANY structure. Looking to change carriers with better INDOOR signals. Was this review helpful to you?
Bad reception around my home and not much better anywhere around Hampton Roads area. Lots of dropped calls around NAS.Was this review helpful to you?
I rated AT&T a "1 Poor" because they literally are in this are. And when I say "in this area," I don't just mean the location where my home is, but a majority of the lower Hampton Roads area. Here where I live, I have never seen even 4 bars of signal. When I go to the VB campus of TCC, you are very lucky to see even 2 bars. Most of the time in class, my phone says "no signal." It's very frustrating. Around town, I rarely see 4 bars and I've NEVER seen 5 anywhere in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, or Chesapeake. So my wife and I have agreed to dump AT&T right away. We do like AT&T for one reason - you can be on the phone and browse the Internet, look up a phone number, or use navigation all at the same time. Verizon doesn't even allow you to do that with an iPhone - yet.Was this review helpful to you?
