Mobile broad band not so good in the Reflections Apartments complex area. Usually no more than 2 bars and drops out about every 5-15 min

Verizon is the only carrier I have found that gives me service in the Blackwater area. However it has been 2 yrs since I shopped carriers so if someone else has found adequate service with another carrier it would be great because Verizon is EXPENSIVE.

I'm lucky if I can keep one bar. Many dropped calls. Been looking for a service / simple qwerty phone that will improve reception. I'll go with anyone that offers better reception in my house. This phone works just about everywhere else but my house.

Sucks big time! I was an Altell customer for years with no problems then got switched to Verizon. I went from good coverage in my home to zip point nothing coverage once Verizon took over. After many calls and store visits and new phones I was told I just had to live with it. After one rather long and heated phone call to Verison a supervisor made my voice mail disapear for two weeks before anyone could figure it out and get it back on line. Of course the name and employee number he gave me were false. I finally went with Sprint and haven't looked back much better plans, much cheaper, better service, billing that anyone can understand, and best of all a cell phone that works in my house again. This only cost me about an extra $550.00 for contract buyouts and new Verizon phones that Verizon said would solve my problems but didn't. For my money it's Sprint all the way.

My barracks room is facing the bay, the only place where i've found Verizon reception totally blows.

We need a tower in KG. There are schools and a fire station (Little Neck Road) as well as several churches that would serve well as platforms. Signal strength in the KG penninsula goes up and down routinely.

Verizon works very well nationwide (I travel frequently). The only dead zone I have found unfortunately is my house in Lagomar. Looking at the tower locations, hopefully when they combine Alltel and Verizon towers it will get better since Alltel Tower is close.

I have very rarely had a problem with my signal. It even worked when I went on vacation in Jamaica. No delay in messages either. I even have service in Lynnhaven Mall. The only place I have had problems is in parts of Sentara Virginia Beach Hospital. I would love to have an iphone, but refuse to switch to AT&T because I'm afraid I would never have a signal.

Verizon has exceptional Service I occationally drop calls while on the rode. But I guess its because its off peak or free calling time. OR its overloaded

Verizon really has a great network here! Very happy I switched from AT&T and Sprint.

sucks a lot I need them to make a towr near here or another phone that gets Verizon service here at ft. story... .hooah

I have never had an issue with my reception in this area. I lost it in the cinema cafe in pembroke and thats it.

Always Clear and strong call quality, but Sometimes loosed GPS positioning.

Verizon is the best in this area... AT&T drops calls all of the time... and Sprint just sucks overall. Verizon has the best call quality!

I have a 3 bar TX signal and a 1 bar EVDO signal on my cell phone. I recently purchased a Verizon broadband modem (air card) for Internat access which uses the EVDO signal for broadband speeds. If I plug in the booster antenna that came with the modem and put the antenna in a window, I can achieve broadband speeds on my modem.

Horrible reception back in garden wood.. other than that reception is good.

this area is the blackhole of cell phone coverage. Nextel is the only service that ever worked in the house. Verizon is crap in virginia beach.

I love my Verizon service. I get great reception in my home and almost anywhere I go. I had Sprint for 3 years before switching to Verizon 2 years ago. I couldn't get service with Sprint in my home or places like Red Lobster, dam neck rd etc. After trying 3 different Sprint phones Sprint told me they don't guarantee service in buildings (sprints customer service is horrible). Also when I had Sprint my friend who had T-Mobile could get service when I couldn't. I then switched to Verizon and what a difference. Wonderful reception and great customer service! I wouldn't switch to any other company!

Reception outside of house is OK, if I'm out back, facing west (toward Pungo Ferry bridge). Inside, I get anywhere from 1 to 4 bars, but it fluctautes and drops the call quite often. As I travel quite a bit, I have been pleased to get service from Maine to Key West, out to San Diego and Las Vegas

Works fine at Shore Dr.drops off near beach. Signal fluctuates wildly in my home. I must go to the second floor to get a signal. Has a habit of not ringing and fifteen seconds later you are informed you have a voice mail. 710 has a bad charging connection. It connects by two small pins that are very close together. If the phone is not flat or the charging cord has any strain against it, the charging connection is severed and the phone does not charge. Its address book is also strange. Instead of storing all the numbers under one contact name it records each number as a seperate contact so you must scroll through an excessivly long list even within a particular alpha lookup.

Does anyone else in this area close to CBN have trouble with their Verizon Wireless reception, just switched over from Sun Com. No problem with Sun Com but Verizon reception in my area is terrible.

Walk 1000 feet down the road towards the school and bingo, you have perfect service. Why is it I can't get it in my back yard?

Verizon Wireless has spotty coverage. May look around for other providers.
