Verizon 2 Out of 5	Inside hotel, no reception at all. Outside, my reception fluctuated between 1 bar and 2 bars (out of a possible 5).

AT&T 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: Samsung x427m	I thought reception was bad inside my Fraternity house built in the late 1900's, until I moved to VA. It's hard to even make a call inside my house, or even in my back yard. Over near Wal-Mart / Lowes it's not so bad, but it's sad when I get better service in Culpeper than I do in Williamsburg :(

Sprint 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: Samsung SPH-A460	It seems that Sprint's tower is malfunctioning as reception used to be average, and now is non existant.
