I think Verizon is the best company in Vermont I haven't had a problem with it really at all. Keep up the great work Verizon! Was this review helpful to you?
spotty service this side of campus. Inside pretty non-existent (as expected). Central / Trinity Average. Texts seem to get thru, calls not so much. Trying extender from tmo, will update soon. Was this review helpful to you?
I have an old iPhone 3GS, and was looking at other carriers just for updates. Generally speaking, I have no issues at all with the AT&T coverage. I switched from Verizon because in the New North End and Malltts Bay, it was useless. Sometimes I slip to 2 bars, but in South Burlington and by Dorset St.etc.. 4-5 bars is the normal. Lately, I've been interested in getting a dumb phone with no data plan. Was this review helpful to you?
On west / lake side of building, very poor reception - people hear only every other word. On east / city side, reception is acceptable. Was this review helpful to you?
I live two miles out of burlington (the largest city around) and I get no cell service. Fail! Was this review helpful to you?
Excellent coverage most places. Strong signal. Live in rural Chittenden County and have to go to certain spot for signal inside house (strong outside) but get coverage where Verizon and AT&T don't get any at all. Why isn't T-Mobile here yet? They have great coverage and a VT Certificate of Public Good, but no local #s / store! Was this review helpful to you?
excellent reception here in South burlington on Flynn aveWas this review helpful to you?
As far as I've seen, AT&T has solid coverage across all of Burlington and the immediate surrounding area. Never had a problem with them. Coverage seems to have been increased with the recent deployment of 3G.Was this review helpful to you?
Funny thing: the phone shows 4-5 bars but has no receptions and will not make calls. Also, off Waybury Rd. / Colchester Pt. Rd.- no reception. Was this review helpful to you?
People here and elsewhere claim that Unicel and Nokia are good, but I get no bars in my office with Unicel and a Nokia 6085h, whereas my officemate has no problems making calls with a cheapo Jitterbug service and phone. I think a lot has to do with what tower your service connects to.Was this review helpful to you?
