Malletts Bay in Colchester is VERY spotty. Where my house is near the Sunset Dr.In theater, there is virtually 0 reception. From time to time I may get a bar. Very frustrating because Verizon claims they get full coverage there. Told them differently and of course, denied it. Came back the next day with actual video footage of my phone not getting reception at my house in hopes to cancel my contract. Their answer: "Your house must be in a random white patch." Hmm... possibly, but so isn't the rest of the town!

Verizon Wireless SUCKS in and around the Village area of Colchester. One bar at best and even with that, many calls are dropped. Wish I hadn't dropped my landline and ported the # to cell. Will go back to landline as soon as I can.

Reception is very poor. We are constantly roamimging and must call through Plattsburgh (and get nailed for long distance even though we are in our "home" area). Because we live here and also have our boat at the marina here, this is a real problem and we have no alternative - SPrint is not reported to be any better. The Verizon salesman said he lives in another Colchester location and has excellent service.
