AT&T is a joke! When it was Unicell it worked great in Danville. Now signal comes and goes as far as strength. The real problem is that with good to full signal you can't get a call or text out. This was a problem last spring and now started again last week. Tonight )Thanksgiving) I call Tech support. The auto-attendant says they are closed for the holiday and to call their after hours line. You call that and end up with the same auto-attendant telling you to call the after hours line. For a big company they sure do act like they are being run by a couple of guys over top a garage somewhere. I am done with them, I'll go back to Verizon I guess. At least their service either works in places or it doesn't. AT&T seems to have dead spots that move. They definately have capacity issues.
