I live in Western MA, but have a vacation home in Island Pond. Verizon SUCKS. My boyfriend (who also has Verizon) can at least get service in front of the pay phones in town and at Teds Market, but that's it.. me.. I get NOTHING until Derby or on your way back to Burke. the kicker? We sometimes have bars.. but NO SERVICE! Before we went up a few weeks ago, we called Verizon and asked what was up.. they said we need to switch to the "Nation Wide" Plan.. because we were only on "Americas Choice".. so we did that, and were told it would *def* work, and if not.. we would at least get service off another service providers tower.. LIARS! We got NOTHING! "can you hear me now?" "NOT AT ALL"
