Verizon 5 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG VX7000	Coverage at the Academy itself is very good, as there seems to be a Verizon / Unicel / US Cellular (CDMA PCS, will require a new *228 update from a US Cellular native coverage area) tower that seems to be nearby. Signal is very good right at 1000 Main St. / The Academy, but as you leave on Route 2 Verizon lasts about 0.5 miles before it gets spotty and starts falling into analog. And once you hit Danville it's Unicel Analog (SID: 313, free roaming for America's Choice and Local DigitalChoice customers with Verizon) which covers you until about Joe's Pond in West Danville when all goes dead. Verizon is pretty spotty around Saint J, often falling onto Unicel SID 313, and actually falling onto a system that Verizon charges $0.69 to roam on; US Cellular in front of Fairbanks Scales in East Saint J.

Verizon 3 Out of 5 Phone Model: Nokia 3859i	90% of time 3 bars +. 2 in my house in the village. On Portland St.and points East it switchs to Extended Network. Route 2 West can be spotty until West Danville. Overall good coverage may only be surpassed by the new Nextel tower just installed.
