As soon as you leave shelburne rd and go off into a neighborhood you lose a bit of reception. Then in our home it is very bad reception. If you are in certain areas of the house you can talk but if you move you lose reception and you have absolutely NO reception downstairs. You can't even go on the staircase. As soon as you leave the house it gets slightly better though.
Every call I make on my Verizon phone cuts in and out and eventually drops the call. At best I can get two bars for a few seconds, but there is nowhere in my house that I can hold two bars. Frustrating because I lived 4 miles north of here in Burlington for a year and had 4 bars all the time.
Can you say.. two cans and a string would give more reliable service? If I do get a call, generally I have to 'Sprint' to a window or go outside to actually hear the call without drop off or chopped up reception. Making calls is no better. I also use a trusty Sanyo 4900 (the brick of cell phones), with no significant difference. Sprint in Vermont is a cruel joke.
