Roams on Unicell. Mt. Snow no reception on mountain. Some reception behind base lodge or near Cuzzins. Good in village of West Dover. Was better with TDMA in 2003 than GSM in 2005. In 2004 no GSM at all.
T-Mobile works excellent were the new Unicel towers are up and running on GSM. NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE A GSM-850 CAPABLE CELL PHONE! Most older T-Mobile phones and many new ones do NOT have this feature! Please make note when purchasing a new phone, if you plan on traveling in rural areas, it MUST have GSM-850 to have any chance of receiving a signal. Many Motorola phones contain a quad-band chipset which allows it to work anywhere in the world that GSM service is available, including the rural areas such as VT.
