I Have problems getting service anywhere, some places I get service but cant make calls,or get voicemail

Service in this remote area can vary from 0-5, although most of Windham Hill Rd has AT&T service from old Unicel equipment. Still running on Edge which is not great for data, but fairly reliable. Now that AT&T is upgrading the local network hopefully there will be better coverage within the next year. I've used both AT&T and Verizon, and AT&T be far has better coverage in So. VT.
