Sprint charges us $200 for a family plan of 3. After complaining and threatening to cancel because of bad reception they sent out a tower box for free. It was great at first, now its back to bad. I am ready to drop and go for a better carrier.

Verizon service is fine and the phones we get are okay. It's Verizon's prices - they are robbing us blind. We already pay $15 extra per month per phone for a service we DO NOT use - but because all of the phones are now able to use the service they charge you. Now they are talking about changing that fee to $30. Wew are looking for another carrier. We might even have to go back to a house phone snd tell the cell companies to stick it.

Verizon sold me on buying this modem card cause we have no cable or internet sevice in my area. Said I could get 3G ok and then in 1st quarter of 2011 would be able to get 4Glite.Only couple weeks away and looking at this site there will not be 4Glite service like salesman said there would be. I hate people who don't have correct info before selling a product. I bearly even get 3G service here,have to move card around like trying to find service with Rabbit ears. It is not good. Do not recommend.

Errr. No. Yeah where I live, I have to say the reception is an epic FAIL. I always receive texts late [two days late once or twice )< ], my texts never send, and theres to many dropped calls to count... My friend has AT&T and whenever she comes over she can just flat out CAN NOT send and recieve texts or call people! Its like wtf!? It really pisses me off >[

I get good coverage both with my cell phone and my wireless modems. Sometimes drop calls if I am downstairs or weather is really bad.

My reception has actually gotten quite a bit worse in the last 6 months or so, with a high percentage of dropped calls. I wonder if they moved a tower. I can't recommend Verizon here, and I used to recommend them.

We had a party here recently and Verizon was the only carrier able to place / receive calls. Everyone else spent a lot of time staring at their screens and asking to use Verizon phones.
