I get 2 bars call strength inside or outside the house one mile east of Safeway on 219th St. Dropped calls are common. Media Net is extremely slow and often unavailable.Outgoing calls are full of static. The AT&T map shows good quality where my house is, but that is false information. At Safeway call strength is 5 bars with 3G and Media Net connectivity is average. Verizon customers around me get better reception.

I have not had any reception problems where I live. It is still only edge (no 3G). There seems to be a dead spot somewhere between Dollar's Corner and the BG Animal hospital. I get frequent dropped calls in that area.

Need to add better coverage in this area. Area is surrounded by cell towers, but they are all 2 miles away!

Coverage is adequate, however, use of the half-rate codec by the tower can lead to garbled voice quality inside vehicles or buildings. As of 2 / 08, Skamokawa is about the last location for westbound travelers to pick up a AT&T GSM signal (there is no T-Mobile coverage). My V3xx is SEEM edited to block HR codecs - voice quality is good; my Mom's cell phones have not had good luck and she's getting my V3xx next time I head out that way.

I've had Verizon for over ten years and service was fine until I got this Kyocera phone. Is it the phone? My phone works fine everywhere else and on trips where my friends' phones do not.
