Phone works in a few spots of the house and yard, could drop the call 4 or 5 times during one call. I drive to work into Seattle, I have to wait until half the way there before I can make a call. At work, it doers not work at my desk, if I want to talk, I have to go out in the rain to take the call. Now back to Bellevue, the phone never works, I'm always going into to ROAM, what is that? I have been with Sprint for over ten years, I have a great plan, because they keep giving me free stuff, enough is enough, I can't use my phone. I will leave Sprint and pay to get out of my contract.

Reception okay outside, but calls still drop. Calls inside barely work and drop more often than not.

The only hole that I have had just happens to be in my new apartment. Ouch. Contract is done though, :)~, later Sprint.

Generally works alright around town, some dropped calls here and there, but it's total crap inside our house (Lochmoor neighboorhood), lots of dropped calls. Service has been really mediocre. I'm switching to TMobile or Verizon.

We used to get near perfect reception. All of a sudden, we no longer get any reception... Trying to figure out what happened...

Sprint reception has been the best for me on any Sprint phone. I just wish their customer service was as good. I had to dump them for T-Mobile (plus I wanted to move to GSM).

Constant dropped calls from home near lk samm. must remain still or calls drop. "fair" reception off i-90 with some fading.roommate has Verizon and Never a dropped call from house on his service. I'm switching. Horrible reception when was living in North Bend as well. Around Seattle ok to excellent. phone= samsung sch3500

Incoming calls sometimes go to voice mail; dropped calls common. Somtimes even goes to analog roam.
