Worst carrier in north Bellingham. Switched from Verizon to att. Big mistake. Six months in and I am tired of the bad service, or customer support and shady business practices. Back to Verizon, I kind of like having service at my house. Was this review helpful to you?
With all of the hills and trees around here it is not surprizing that we have such poor coverage. No coverage at home, but when I walk the dog around the block I can sometimes send and receive texts. No voice calls ever. There is not sufficient population density to warrant the expense of getting good coverage in an area like this, I don't expect that they ever will. If you are thinking of moving here you might want to take this into considerationWas this review helpful to you?
Verizon, told me that I'm in a " Gray Area ". However, I look out my bedroom window, and there is a cell tower, approximately 300 yards away. Who owns this tower? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot ?????Was this review helpful to you?
Iphone 5S has very very bad reception here. One bar most of the time, two once in awhile. Phone does not ring but a voice mail or text notification will show up about 4 to 6 hrs. after call was attempted. This service is far from cheap and definitely do not get what is paid for. Wouldn't have signed up for service if they had been honest about their lousy reception. Damn contracts, I'm stuck for now.Was this review helpful to you?
What a nightmare. Can not get a decent connection, even with the booster. Calls just cut out or completely fail. I've called Sorint and they told me when they upgraded it would be great coverage. Is not. Will be leaving them as I'd like reliable service, especially when trying to talk to my mother and son.Was this review helpful to you?
The service is completely horrible, they also scammed us into a contract and lied about what we were signing, now we have to wait 2 years or pay $600 to get out! Completely dissatisfied and unhappy, DO NOT GET SPRINT!Was this review helpful to you?
Reception depends on weather and normally is Below Average. Nice days signal maybe ok. Calls are not received if phone is in the back of the house. Was this review helpful to you?
Calls drop frequently, if they even go through. Callers leave voice messages --phone never rang on receiving end. When trying to call out: receive message from Verizon that call cannot be placed. Was this review helpful to you?
ATT service is very expensive and calls suffer a continual break, up no matter where I stand in my condo. If I am heard without breaking bhp by the other party I try to not move at all.Was this review helpful to you?
Blaine: Consistently get 3G / 4G in Blaine at my office on Marine Drive. However, driving from Blaine to Bellingham on the I5, I drop down to 2G between exits 273 and 262. Bellingham: 3G / 4G consistently. Drops down to E / 2G when you drive towards Lynden (ex. by Hilltop Restaurant). Overall, very happy with TMo's price and value. Compared to paying 90+ on Verizon, I will take the slightly lesser signal for the huge savings. Was this review helpful to you?
