Bad reception overall. Don't tie yourself up with AT&T locally. You will be better off with a different carrier such as Verizon or Sprint.

Good reception with Sprint in College Place when all tours are up (most of time). Reception even works in metal buildings like Walmart reasonably well with my sph-i500. However, when a tower is down reception dwindles to 1 or 2 bars. Additionally, I've had a number of dropped calls with Sprint even when reception is good.

Reception is excellent throughout College Place and Walla Walla. There may be spots of lower reception fut very few until you get out of town 8-10 miles.
