I have Sprint also, and inside our home we could not get reception. We added a pricey booster and now able to recieve inside calls. Sprint reps said I had coverage when I signed up but lo an behold when I actually tried and found I didnt in my home, I called and the Technicians said no coverage in my area! When I asked the customer rep she said oh they have more info than we do. Figures. BTW my Alaska phone with roaming works great in my home, which Sprint cant explain, even tho I got the roaming on my Sprint account lol. We did NOT use Sprints booster, which was extra and also costs per month. One would think having no reception after being told there was reception Sprint would have been gracious enough to provide the booster free of charge, but again big money companies hit the little guy in the wallet.
