AT&T 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Sony-Ericsson T316	Not happy. Salesman told me phone reception here would be OK, but never has been more than 2 bars and drops out within a minute or two. Got slightly better for a week or so just after merger with AT&T, but now reception is worse than ever. Cingular keeps promising better reception, but after a year and half of my contract, nothing has improved. Last time I contacted a Cingular representative, he told me my phone was old and the answer was to buy a new one (and thus a new contract). I didn't buy it.
