I live out in the county, and I never have to worry about slow speeds, missed texts, or dropped calls. I also work in a brick building in which my room has no windows. I still get great LTE service. I have brought other phones into my room. Sprint and T-Mobile do not work. AT&T struggles mightily. Also, I do a fair bit of hunting. When I am out far away in the country I get service where my friends don't. Verizon used to be the most expensive, but with their unlimited plan they are right there with AT&T. I highly recommend Verizon if you live in the Tri-Cities and coverage matters to you.

I moved here and now have the worst coverage I have ever had. I got better coverage in remote western Montana. I purchased a LTE booster and placed it 6' above the roof peak, and it did nothing to increase the signal. I have to face the facts AT&T has unacceptable service and charges the big bucks for it. And I agree with other reviewers, they hang up on you at customer service if you ask anything about service or charges for service they only want callers calling in payments!!

To all AT&T customers; Since Trump won the election my AT&T service has blocked Rush Limbaugh Mark Levin and Sean Hanity from calling! Try phoning Rush at 800-282-2882 and find it will say your call did not go threw. As will the rest. I spent over three hours with customer service to get hung up on each time. Now when when I call them they automatically hang up before anyone answers. I do not know who is responsible for this because now one will talk to me about this. Shopping for a new carrier.

Extremely poor most of time. My husband has had meltdowns over this! We switched from AT&T because their coverage was even worse. I had to drive up to Clearwater Ave to use Internet on my phone.

Really not that great, used to be good, but with these prepay carriers, cell towers are being sold and bought quite frequently. Mediocre.

I have had Verizon for 10+ years while living and traveling all over the Western U.S. Tri-Cities, WA is the worst coverage, by far. I cannot complete conversations because I'm constantly dropping calls -- It doesn't seem to matter whether I'm moving (in the car, walking around the house or neighborhood) or standing completely still. Horrible!

Reception is mediocre, but we have to reboot our cell phones several times a day because we keep getting "kicked out" of the 3G and 4G networks. This also happens on my iPad. We miss many calls every day (call fails) and don't even know it unless we get a text message. I've been getting the run-around from AT&T for over a week. They claim we have tower "issues". Here's a suggestion: FIX IT! It looks like Verizon is the way to go, base on the reviews I read.

Reception is poor at best and nonexistent at worse. 4G coverage is extremely limited. You will find yourself data roaming even in the middle of town, and most certainly if you enter any kind of structure. When you do find coverage it is sluggish. If you live in the Tri-Cities area I would stay away from Sprint as there are far superior options available.
