To all AT&T customers; Since Trump won the election my AT&T service has blocked Rush Limbaugh Mark Levin and Sean Hanity from calling! Try phoning Rush at 800-282-2882 and find it will say your call did not go threw. As will the rest. I spent over three hours with customer service to get hung up on each time. Now when when I call them they automatically hang up before anyone answers. I do not know who is responsible for this because now one will talk to me about this. Shopping for a new carrier. Was this review helpful to you?
Extremely poor most of time. My husband has had meltdowns over this! We switched from AT&T because their coverage was even worse. I had to drive up to Clearwater Ave to use Internet on my phone. Was this review helpful to you?
Really not that great, used to be good, but with these prepay carriers, cell towers are being sold and bought quite frequently. Mediocre. Was this review helpful to you?
I have had Verizon for 10+ years while living and traveling all over the Western U.S. Tri-Cities, WA is the worst coverage, by far. I cannot complete conversations because I'm constantly dropping calls -- It doesn't seem to matter whether I'm moving (in the car, walking around the house or neighborhood) or standing completely still. Horrible! Was this review helpful to you?
Reception is mediocre, but we have to reboot our cell phones several times a day because we keep getting "kicked out" of the 3G and 4G networks. This also happens on my iPad. We miss many calls every day (call fails) and don't even know it unless we get a text message. I've been getting the run-around from AT&T for over a week. They claim we have tower "issues". Here's a suggestion: FIX IT! It looks like Verizon is the way to go, base on the reviews I read. Was this review helpful to you?
Was good for few years after being very bad, like having to go outside to pick up call. Now the last few months are back to poor and now cant download pictures received... ... ...Was this review helpful to you?
Reception is poor at best and nonexistent at worse. 4G coverage is extremely limited. You will find yourself data roaming even in the middle of town, and most certainly if you enter any kind of structure. When you do find coverage it is sluggish. If you live in the Tri-Cities area I would stay away from Sprint as there are far superior options available. Was this review helpful to you?
Normally have less than 2 bars; some areas of the house are emergency calls only; voice mails come late--phone doesn't ring; don't; receive some texts at all--others come 10 mins to 1 hr late. Daughter took her Iphone to Tacoma and has the same problem with att. I called 611 and they told me there were two towers down that have been supposedly being worked on for the last 5 years--yeah--I don't think service is coming anytime soon--contract is up so will be going elsewhere--Verizon seems to have good coverage here. Was this review helpful to you?
I have great reception both out in Finley and in town, have had Sprint for 5 years, just wondering if I am missing out on a better deal, I don't text and pay about $55.00 a month with taxes / Is this high or just normal? Was this review helpful to you?
