	We get GREAT reception throughout the McChord Shoppette (where we see others having to stand by the window to get reception) as well as thru the entire commissary. The BX is good until you get closer to the back, but good until then. Also, I have never had a problem with reception in the Base Housing area!

	I have excellent recetion with my phone and plan. I've lived in Lakewood for about 3 months now and never received a problem of any kind with Cingular or my phone. I almost always have full bars wherever I go in Lakewood and always have. I like Cingular and my phone and recommend both if you're looking for reliability. As for the other carriers (T-Mobile, Verizon, sprint) I have friends who have these (mostly verizon) and they always have some sort of problem with their phone or customer service-even after dialing *228. Cingular has been great!

	We have only a few spots in our home where we receive reception and even then it is weak.

	Constant drooped calls. Many cases where the phone (I've had this problem with 3 different handsets from different vendors) shows a strong signal but the reports "call failed" with a fast busy signal. Phone never rings for calls but gets v-mail alerts.
