More dropped calls than tolerable. I can watch the signal go from full to nothing while standing in one spot. Mercer Island is a hole in more ways than one. I give my Poor rating only because I like the phone itself, too bad I can't use it anywhere. Glad to know I can take it back and try a different carrier.

I have had T Mobile for a year. I get service fine here. Though before I had a Sprint phone and it worked everywhere in downtown Mercer Island, even in the elevators. My TMobile drops in one of the elevators. Happy with it. Service fine.

So weak here. Moved from Minneapolis where I had zero problems to Seattle where 80% of calls are dropped.

Only dead spot I am aware of is by Island Park Elementary School. And EVERY carrier seems to be dead there.

Dropped calls all over the Island. No service in or around my house. Crappy service from a company who has a HUGE office building just 1 mile from the Island. AT&T seems to work fine everywhere here.

Nearly every call gets dropped as I drive south on Island Crest Way on the center of Mercer Island via the primary north / south route on the Island. This has been consistently bad. Just about ready to drop AT&T / Cingular and find a better network.

Had great Verizon service b4 moving to Mercer Island. Since moving, I've had numerous dropped calls. Coverage bars bounce around, but is generally low. Looking for new service. Also, considering getting a land line!

Very bad reception in the neighborhood, and even worse at the intersection of Island Crest and 68th

I generally have full reception on Mercer Island, it perfectly at qfc, country club, high school, mary wate etc

I get horrible reception in my house - varying from 0 to 2 bars and nearly every conversation of any duration will result in at least one dropped call.
