0-1 bars most of time - can get coverage outside if I walk out by street and point towards Banner. Most of time inside my phone is just "searching for service."
Why can't T-Mobile have signal strength reports on their webpage. They'll take your money and never, ever follow up with 'how is your service?' Towers are needed in South Kitsap.
